Day 1 – 05/04 · Welcome to Buenos Aires

Arrival in the City of Fury

Arrival at Ezeiza International Airport. Personalized meet and greet followed by a private transfer to your 4* hotel. During the drive toward the heart of the city, you will receive a warm introduction to Buenos Aires—its rhythms, its codes, and recommendations to make the most of your stay.

Free afternoon to acclimate

Time to rest after your journey, adjust to the time zone, and begin to feel the pulse of the city. Guests may enjoy a gentle walk around the hotel area or simply relax and enjoy the facilities.

Welcome Dinner

Opening dinner at a carefully selected restaurant to begin the experience with the authentic flavors of Argentina.

Day 2 – 05/05 · The Essence of Buenos Aires · City Tour + Hotel Inspections

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning of urban icons

Half-day tour exploring the landscapes and history of Buenos Aires:

  • Plaza de Mayo: the political heart of the country, surrounded by Casa Rosada, Cabildo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
  • San Telmo: a bohemian neighborhood where cobblestone streets and colonial houses preserve stories from another era.
  • La Boca & Caminito: a vibrant explosion of color and tradition, birthplace of tango and home to Genoese immigrants.
  • Puerto Madero: former docks transformed into the city’s most contemporary district.
  • Recoleta: Parisian elegance at every corner, with museums, parks, and the renowned architecture of its cemetery.

Lunch.

Afternoon of professional visits

Inspection visits to selected hotels.

Dinner at leisure.

Day 3 – 05/06 · Into the Jungle · Buenos Aires – Puerto Iguazú

Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
Domestic flight to Puerto Iguazú, gateway to the subtropical rainforest.

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. First immersion into the warm, lush atmosphere of northern Argentina.

Afternoon hotel inspections

Dinner at a traditional regional restaurant, where local cuisine blends with the warmth of the people.

Day 4 – 05/07 · The Roar of Water · Iguazú National Park (Argentine Side)

Early breakfast.
Departure to Iguazú National Park, a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site.

Discovering the Falls

Exploration of walkways revealing the magnitude of this natural wonder:

  • Upper Circuit: elevated paths offering panoramic views from above the waterfalls.
  • Devil’s Throat: the most impressive cascade, accessed via a walkway that culminates in a dramatic balcony facing the immense power of nature.

Lunch inside the park.

Jungle Adventure

Gran Aventura excursion: a 4×4 journey through rainforest trails followed by a speedboat navigation that approaches the base of the falls. A thrilling experience combining adrenaline and close contact with the raw energy of the waterfalls.

Dinner at leisure.

Day 5 – 05/08 · Where Two Countries Embrace · Foz do Iguaçu (Brazilian Side)

Breakfast.
Border crossing into Brazil to experience the most panoramic perspective of the falls.

Visit to Iguaçu National Park. From the Brazilian side, the view offers a wide-angle dimension of the entire waterfall system. Walkways facing the cascades provide endless photo opportunities and time to appreciate every angle.

Lunch.

Transfer to Iguazú Airport and flight back to the capital. Reception and transfer to the hotel.

Dinner at leisure.

Day 6 – 05/09 · Wine & Countryside · Bodega Gamboa Experience

Breakfast.
Departure to Campana, in the Province of Buenos Aires, for a relaxing day at Bodega Gamboa, surrounded by rolling landscapes and greenery.

Stroll through the vineyards

Guided tour through the vineyards, learning about the winemaking process and the winery’s philosophy.

Tasting with identity

Wine tasting of selected labels paired with regional gastronomy in a natural setting designed for enjoyment and relaxation.

Lunch at the winery.

Return to Buenos Aires in the afternoon.

Day 7 – 05/10 · Buenos Aires Passion · Culture, Flavors & Tango

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning professional visits

Hotel inspections.

Hands-on culinary experience

Traditional Argentine empanada cooking class. A participatory experience learning the art of preparing this Creole classic—from shaping to sealing—followed by tasting your own creations.

Evening of Tango

Dinner and tango show at a traditional tango house. Live music, singing, and dance for a night where the soul of Buenos Aires is expressed in every note.

Return to the hotel.

Day 8 – 05/11 · Until We Meet Again, Buenos Aires

Breakfast.
At the scheduled time, private transfer to Ezeiza International Airport for your international departure flight.

End of our services.
May the memories of this land continue to resonate like a tango in your heart.

Participation Requirements

The FAM (Familiarization Trip) is exclusively intended for travel agents and/or tourism industry professionals. Commercial accreditation will be required (business card, employment letter, or similar documentation). Spaces are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Minimum Number of Participants

The published rate is valid with a minimum of 12 confirmed passengers.

If the required minimum is not reached, the organization reserves the right to:

  • Recalculate the rate based on the final number of participants, or
  • Reschedule or cancel the departure.
 

Registration and Deadline

Registration deadline: March 20, 2026.

The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and the corresponding deposit payment.

After the registration deadline, spaces will be subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.

 

Payment Conditions & Rates

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm participation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation outside the established deadlines.

The rates are quoted based on a double/twin room, which may be shared. Otherwise, a single room supplement will apply, subject to availability.

 

Documentation & Entry Requirements

A passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of travel is required.

In case of visiting Brazil, passengers must comply with the entry requirements in force at the time of travel.

Visa for Brazil and Argentina: it is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain and hold the appropriate visa if required according to their nationality.

The organizing company is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: 50% penalty.
  • Cancellations between 29 and 1 day prior to departure: 100% penalty.
